Returns & Refunds:

At Anything Anytime.UK, we want you to be completely happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and still have any tags or labels attached. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, personalised items, and clearance “final sale” products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


If you’ve simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. However, if your item is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover shipping costs [just make sure to contact us first]


To start a return, email us at [anything.anytime.uk.001@gmail.com]with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item is faulty or damaged, please include photos, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly. We will then reply with full instructions and the return address. Once your item is sent back, please keep proof of postage for your records.


As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. If you would like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can put things right as quickly as possible.
